I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, with clean and tidy rooms that were good in size and featured an excellent shower, which was really refreshing in the heatwave! The service provided by the staff was exceptional, as they were really accommodating and attentive. The location was great—very quiet and enjoyable with plenty of parking. However, the dining experience was mediocre, with some dishes not meeting expectations. Overall, it was a decent value for money, but it could benefit from some updates in the room decor.
Rooms

The rooms were clean, tidy, and of decent size, although they could use a little makeover. The bathroom had a great shower that felt amazing in the heat, but there were a few quirks like holes in the net curtains and some missing render on the bathroom floor that stood out a bit.

The service was more than accommodating. The staff were lovely and helpful, despite a few hiccups caused by a local electrical issue. They were attentive and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location is great and the staff were incredibly friendly, the rooms felt outdated and could use some refurbishment. The dining experience was a bit disappointing in terms of value for money, especially for breakfast, as the quality didn’t match the price. Overall, there are some really nice aspects, but adjustments are needed for a more satisfying stay.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The staff was excellent and really attentive, and the hotel was clean and tidy. However, the rooms were far too hot, and I had to open the window at night which let in a lot of noise from the parking lot. The price seems fair for the amenities, but the air conditioning could use some improvement.

The hotel has a great location just off the A23, making it convenient for visits to Brighton, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, the rooms weren't as clean as I would've liked, and the dining experience left something to be desired with lukewarm food. While it was a spacious and comfortable stay, the noise from staff might be a downside for some.
